Eligibility and Discount
As a Kiroku subscriber for 12 months, you could unlock discounts on your Densura Medical Malpractice Premium at renewal or sign-up:
Initial Discount: 5% off your insurance premium when you meet the eligibility criteria.
Increased Discounts: Stay subscribed for additional 12-month periods and meet the requirements to grow your discount by 1% per year, up to a maximum of 10%.
Eligibility Criteria:
You must be an active Kiroku subscriber and have completed at least 60 appointments in the 12 weeks before your Densura renewal or sign-up date, and you must actively and continuously use the Kiroku service during this period.
Discounts are subject to underwriting approval and may be withheld if the underwriters or insurers deem the claims history to be adverse.
Terms and Conditions
Insurance discounts are only available at renewal or sign-up. Mid-term discounts or refunds are not available.
The 50% Kiroku discount is available only to new subscribers or those whose Kiroku subscription ended more than 3 months ago.
Previous subscribers rejoining under the Densura offer are not eligible for the extended trial.
This offer is limited to one use per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
The 50% discount cannot be combined with other offers.
If your Densura policy cannot be verified, the discount will not be applied.
It is your responsibility to contact Kiroku before your Densura renewal to claim your discount code.
